Director and Leadership Consultant

Isabelle Phillips consults to executives in Australia, New Zealand, China and Singapore. She works with engineers, architects, accountants, procurement, medical, education and human services professionals.

Isabelle’s work develops leadership capacity
in individuals, companies and across industry sectors.

Her career includes 5 years non-executive director experience and, currently, PhD research in leadership and mindfulness at the UTS business school. Isabelle is a master trainer and coach.
