Director and Leadership Consultant

Isabelle Phillips consults to executives in Australia, New Zealand, China and Singapore. She works with engineers, architects, accountants, procurement, medical, education and human services professionals.

Isabelle’s work develops leadership capacity
in individuals, companies and across industry sectors.

Her career includes 5 years non-executive director experience and, currently, PhD research in leadership and mindfulness at the UTS business school. Isabelle is a master trainer and coach.

Isabelle currently lives in Sydney with her Arabic husband of 20 years and their beautiful Taiwanese - Australian children.

Seung Jung Yang,

Senior Consultant

Seung Jung Yang is a Cross-Cultural Consultant and Academic Researcher. SJ’s PhD research focuses on global citizens, cultural difference and building competitiveness in the global village. She is passionate about cross-cultural studies in relation to business and workplace practices.

Her career includes work in South Korea and Australia for multinationals, including people and culture specialisations and leading customer service teams in hospitality .

SJ is originally from South Korea, and now enjoys living by the beach, in Sydney with her Australian husband.

Charlotta Oberg,

Director and Cultural Consultant

Charlotta Oberg has lived and consulted in 15 countries on three continents. She resources leaders around the world, from China to Sweden, with Cultural Intelligence.

Charlotta equips public and private sector organisations to capitalise on the rising wealth of BRIC nations and the richness of multicultural Australia. Charlotta also coaches expat CEOs to deploy their leadership in their local market.

Her career includes consulting work with large multinationals, SMEs and the International Criminal Court. Charlotta is a master trainer
and coach.

Charlotta grew up in Sweden and now lives in Sydney with her Australian husband and bi-lingual daughters.

Gracielle Melim,

Senior Consultant

Gracielle Melim has worked for boutique and top-tier market research organisations serving businesses in more than twenty countries. Her career includes twelve years in senior leadership roles where she developed expertise in building and managing high-performing teams in Australia, Philippines, China and Japan.

Gracielle secured long-term corporate partnerships in 14 countries across Asia Pac.

Gracielle is a trained and talented coach. Gracielle grew up in Brazil and now enjoys Sydney-life with her Brazilian-English, Australian born son.
